Cook's Illustrated video podcast
Everyone who loves Cook's Illustrated has got to check out their video podcast on itunes. Of course their website is fun as well. They're looking for people to test their recipes. Maybe when we get back, but in the meantime...Rena? Da? How about cooking for a good cause?

I love their podcast. I'm a huge fan. I really like the recent one about no knead bread. I want to try this recipe. Remember Enoch would make it daily last Christmas break? Well with their suggestion for vinegar and beer it might even taste better. I'll let you know if I try it out.
