Thanks everyone! I have a Canon Powershot TX1. We got it because it is also a digital video camera, though we haven't been taking as much video. I'm almost ready to leave the point and shoot and get a digital manual focus, they're pretty cheap now, just clunky when you also carry snacks, kid paraphernalia, and every other mom tool.
